Hello again,

I am very excited to share that I have implemented everything mechanic-wise into Pareidolia that I want to showcase in the next alpha demo. Some of these lay the foundation for dialogue trees, reworked advanced big baddy ai, and more. There are new puzzle pieces, new stationary interactables that serve as landmarks, and functionality has been added to the upgrade crates allowing the player to receive a new powerup after talking with RAID and giving them enough tapes.

I am in the process of building levels now that incorporate these elements and showcase something closer to what I ultimately want Pareidolia to be at the very end of its major development lifecycle.  Also I got my macOS IDE working so a possibility of a macOS port is very likely! Maybe not for the alpha demos but I will see what I can do when I get closer to Pareidolia’s 1.0 initial launch window.
